Bursary Applications Invited

In 2021 we celebrate our centenary as a Choir and as part of our celebrations we are inviting young musicians who live in the Cynon Valley to apply for funding from the Cwmbach Male Choir Centenary Bursary Fund.

The Bursary aims to inspire and encourage a new generation of musicians and its mission is to help children afford a musical education regardless of their financial background.

Individuals will be eligible to apply for a grant towards music lessons, instruments and courses and applications for awards are encouraged from June 1st 2020.

The age group targeted is 16 to 25 and will include both instrumental and vocal musicians. This is a wonderful opportunity for applicants who live within the Cynon Valley to benefit from the legacy of Choristers past and present.
